Absence Policy
Absence Policy (Group Classes)

Every class is deemed attended unless a valid MC is produced with cancellation within the same day/ a day before.

2 days advance notice is required for student to inform admin that he/ she is not joining the class otherwise, the class will be charged as per normal
Absence Policy (Private Classes)

For advance cancellation 1 day or more prior to the class would allow the student to cancel the class with reimbursement of the court fees + booker fees paid to AZE.

For cancellation within the same day of lesson, an MC would be required to cancel the class along with the reimbursement of the court fees + booker fees.

For cancellation within the same day of lesson without MC, the class would be charged as per normal.
We have a no refund policy due to whatever reasons.
